Entry to Nicaragua Requirement
- You need to send us your passport photo no later than 72 hours before the date of your tour
- Please bring your passport on the day of your tour, NOT a copy.
- Proof of exiting Costa Rica within 180 days of tour date (flight itinerary or bus ticket) This is shown when you return to Costa Rica after the tour.

Disclaimer:
- Passports from countries such as the U.S and Canada receive an automatic Nicaraguan Visa upon entry. Please be sure your country’s passport will allow you to receive a visa upon arrival, or apply for the necessary visa to enter Nicaragua ahead of time. If you have any questions regarding your visa eligibility, please contact us. We will not be responsible for any extra visa fees.

Pick up times are an estimate. Please be ready at the specified time but it may take us up to 10 minutes longer depending on that day’s pick up route and traffic

Cancellation Policy
Additional Considerations
- You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before start of the tour.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the start of the tour will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
- The minimum to operate the shared border run is 6 people, if we don’t meet the minimum we will send you rebooking options 1 or 2 days before the date of your border run.
- It is prohibited to enter the country of Nicaragua with the following items: any kind of drone, any kind of Binocular (including those for Night vision), and any object considered for professional, journalistic, and similar audiovisual reproduction.
- A moderate amount of walking is involved
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Pricing applies to all travelers children and Adults
- Please note that parking at the PERI Supermarket in Liberia is not permitted. You will need to find public parking outside of the parking lot if you are leaving your car there.
