Special Notes

• A fishing license is required for every passenger ($16.95 per person) – Instructions are sent upon confirmation
• This charter operates Rain or Shine! In the event of severe weather conditions we will contact you with options.
• Even if you don’t generally get sea sick, we recommend that children and inexperienced anglers take something to help alleviate those symptoms. It is always better to prevent this from happening. No refund will be given for returning to shore early due to seasickness
• Pricing applies to adults and children. Children must be accompanied by an adult
• Gratuities for the captain and crew are not included. We recommend 10% – 20%.
• If you want to bring your cell phone or keys, please understand we are not responsible for loss or damage.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make the date you have booked your fishing charter with us we will do our best to reschedule your trip.

– Fully refundable if canceled 31+ days prior to the reservation start date.
– Reservations canceled 8-30 days prior to the reservation date will receive a 50% refund. Modifications are subject to availability.
– Modifications and cancellations made 0-7 days prior to the reservation date are 100% penalized and non-refundable.
