– A fishing license is required for every passenger – $16.95 per person – Please see the detailed instructions at the top of the page.
– This charter operates Rain or Shine! In the event of severe weather conditions we will contact you with options.
– Even if you don’t generally get sea sick, we recommend that children and inexperienced anglers take something to help alleviate those symptoms. It is always better to prevent this from happening.
– Pricing applies to adults and children. Children must be accompanied by an adult
– Gratuities for the captain and crew are not included. We recommend 10% – 20%.
– If you want to bring your cell phone or keys, please understand we are not responsible for loss or damage.
Cancellation Policy
- All charters must be cancelled in writing. Cancellations made 45 or more days away from trip will receive a full refund for the fishing, less a 5% service fee.
- Cancellations made 45/15 days prior to the trip will receive a 50% refund of the total charter fee.
- Cancellations made 15/7 days prior to the trip will receive a 25% refund of the total charter fee. Charter fees are non refundable for cancellations made with less than 7 days remaining before the scheduled charter date.
- In the event of bad weather that the charter operator decides is unsafe or putting clients and crew at risk the charter will be cancelled and a full refund will be made.
